Bringing Heritage to Life: Our Journey Inside the Falcon House Project
Some projects are built with materials. Others are built with meaning. Falcon House in Dubai was both.
As Guideline Interiors, we were the design-build contractor with a clear mission, don’t just build an exhibition, build an experience that honors UAE heritage.
From Vision to Reality: Designing a Living Story
Falconry is more than a tradition in this region it is identity. To capture that spirit, we took responsibility for the project end to end, designing and building every detail in-house.
Our scope included:
- Life-like falcon mannequins, sculpted to mirror real anatomy and posture
- Cultural costumes, researched and recreated down to fabric and stitching
- Desert landscapes and rock formations, carved and textured to immerse visitors in nature
- Interactive AV installations, programmed to respond with sound, light, and motion
The experience had to feel authentic not staged. Guests shouldn’t just view history. They should walk through it.

More Than Fit-Out — A Cultural Responsibility
Every element was approached with respect. Every texture, sound, and material was chosen to reflect accuracy. Our team didn’t just ask how it should look, but how it should feel.
Were we building a museum? Or crafting memory? We chose the latter.

A Legacy That Speaks
Today, Falcon House stands as a living tribute to the UAE’s past and a bridge to its future.
For us, it represents what Guideline Interiors stands for:
Design with intention. Build with integrity. Deliver experiences that endure.
And that is what true craftsmanship is all about, not just constructing spaces, but carrying stories forward.
